Clark Sparkling Piquette
“This 100% naturally fermented product was made from combining post press Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape skins, grown on Wiradjuri Land, with filtered water. Typically, in winemaking, grape skins are discarded once the juice has been extracted. However, the remaining skins and stems when soaked in water produce enough sugar and flavour to make a delicious lightly sparkling beverage.”
