'Bis' Non-Vintage Rosé
“With Tasmania’s beauty and strength captured in a bottle, Bellebonne Bis is about absolute floral and fruit gorgeousness. The aromas are a melody of strawberry, Turkish delight and rose petal. The palate is elegant and long with textures of fresh cream, brioche and delicate fruit.”
Vintage Cuvée 2021
“Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir this wine is the perfect balanced blend of traditional method sparkling grape varieties. Made from a single vineyard and just 12 barrels, this cuvée shows off the finest of Tasmanian elegance from the moment the cork is popped. Aged for 3 years on lees and a further 6 months on cork before release.”
Vintage Rosé 2022
“Made from 100% Tasmanian Pinot Noir, this is delicate pink with salmon blush and super fine bubbles. The aromas are a meld of strawberry, marzipan, Turkish delight and buttery pastry. While the flavours are subtle, there is a delicious roundness in the mouth set against a fine tannin finish with the barest touch of bitter orange pith.”
