Whilst we are all still obsessing over Tassie wines it was very exciting to have Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley’s love child label come in. Bubb and Pooley are based out of Coal River Valley, Tasmania. Their wines are truly ones to try, the use of concrete vessels is no experiment either - it’s a style of vessel that has been traditionally used for centuries in the Old World. The wines were fermented in a specifically shaped handcrafted vessel which enhance the texture of each wine. With their winery also focusing extremely on Landcare - something we care a lot about- we couldn’t be happier for you to come in and buy these wines.
