Das Juice is the label from Tom Sheer and James Audas, the guys who run distributor Lo Fi Wines. A distribution business that specialises in the small and wonderful producers from Australia and around the world.
This week we received two of these cracking wines. A Pet Nat Prosecco that was grown not far from Albury, up in the Alpine Valleys of Victoria. Super fresh and bursting with pear fruit, this Pet Nat is just the ticket for the Prosecco drinker looking to expand their horizons just a little. The rosé is made predominantly from Tempranillo with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot too. It has lovely lush, savoury, strawberry fruit up front and finishes crisp and dry.
