It wouldn’t be the start to Autumn without the annual release of Hargreaves Hill iconic Imperial Red Ale: ‘The Phoenix’.
“Rising from the ashes of our previous brew-house (Sadly lost in the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires), The Phoenix was first bottled in 2010 as a symbol of resilience and to celebrate the first birthday of our new brewery in Lilydale. Again with this 15th Vintage, 500 hand-labelled and wax-dipped 750ml bottles have been produced."
It has a deep brooding Malt profile build for aging. It's also stacked with Warrior hops making this a unique drinking experience, whether consumed fresh or with 5+ years in the cellar.
