The annual Melbourne Royal ‘Australian International Beer Awards’ (AIBA’s) were held late last week.
“The Melbourne Royal Australian International Beer Awards is the largest annual beer competition in the world judging both draught and packaged beer, as well as beer packaging design. After celebrating 30 years in 2023, the Awards attracted a record 2,826 entries from more than 400 breweries in 21 countries.”
There were some huge achievements in this year’s show, but a special shoutout has to go to local legends Reckless Brewing Co, who picked up the top gong for ‘Best Modern India Pale Ale’ with their Red IPA.
