Hello Autumn? It’s Mulled Cider calling.
But what does ‘Mulled’ mean? To mull cider means to heat, sweeten, and flavour with spices for drinking. You can also mull ale, and wine. Changing the temperature of your beverage and adding spices increases the depth and complexity of flavour, as well as adding a warming element to bring coziness as the weather cools.
Try this Mulled Cider recipe – jam packed with local drops.
