Pink Gin, yes, it's a thing. Inspired by the cocktail, where bitters (usually Angostura) are added to gin, to give it a blush of colour. Modern pink gins are much more exciting. Starting off as any other gin they have extra fruits, vegetables or flowers added to the mix to give it new colour, flavours and aromas. These can be used in exactly the same way as other gins, martinis, negroni's etc. But the humble gin and tonic really lets these shine to their fullest potential.
