Sauce Brewing hail from Marrickville in Sydney, they are certainly in good company here. Many of Sydney's (and Australia's) best breweries cram themselves into this inner west suburb. What sets Sauce Brewing out from the crowd is their mastery of the juicy, hazy style of IPA.
We have just received a triple treat of seasonal specials, to complement some of their year round staples. If you love hazy/juicy beer you won't want to miss these. If you're curious about this style I can't think of a better place to begin exploring.
