This has got to be one of the most exciting collabs in the North East. Leigh and Bree (Backwoods, Yackandandah) have partnered with Rowly and Sally (Scion, Rutherglen) again to create their second batch of Muscat Gin.
Backwoods have produced their High Country Gin, made with those bold Aussie botanicals - think Pepper berry and Strawberry Gum. Then the Brown Muscat grapes from the Scion vineyard are added to steep in the gin, bringing floral spice and sweetness.
