Located just on the Eastern edge of the Beechworth township, Traviarti's Red Hill vineyard is planted 100% to Nebbiolo. A variety of clones and rootstocks really help build complexity.
Whilst the Nebbiolo has established itself as a staff favourite, we have added three more of their wines to our range, which come from their newer vineyard, located on the road between Beechworth and Wangaratta.
Their 'Mezzo' Nebbiolo 2021 is more approachable but isn't lacking in flavour and character. The 'Rosso' is a blend of Barbera and Nebbiolo, this is exactly the food friendly, generous, bright but savoury wine we should be drinking most nights of the week. Finally the latest Chardonnay. This 2021 vintage is all class and shows that this competes with the top Chardonnays that Beechworth produces.
