Unico Zelo is a B-Corp South Australian winery located in Adelaide Hills, specialising in Italian inspired wines with amazing drinkability.
The name, UNICO ZELO translates in Italian to “Unique Passion”.
Owned and operated by Young Guns of Year (2014) husband-and-wife-duo Brendan and Laura Carter (and dog, Truffles), they champion lesser-known varieties, with a passion and devotion to Australian soil and indigenous practices. The adhere to minimal intervention, minimal sulphites and are vegan friendly.
