Snake & Herring ‘Dirty Boots’ Cabernet Sauvignon

Loaded with blackberry and mulberry fruit, some regional dried herb and bay leaf lift and fine powdery layered tannins. The 2018 is one of the best Dirty Boots we have made. Aged for 12 months in new (21%) and older French oak after 4-6 weeks on skins post ferment has added weight and complexity to the tannin structure. Approachable young yet destined to improve after another 5 years in bottle.
