Raspberries, spices, anise and graphite notes are seductive. The palate is beautifully balanced: medium bodied but intense red fruit and satsuma notes with savoury spicy meaty complexity. Long finish with creamy textural tannins, lingering notes of savoury umami complexity: graphite, soy, bon bon, anise, bacon.
