2Halfs Brewing Distilling Hefeweizen - Single

We brewed this hefeweizen to be balanced with light phenolic clove and banana esters on the nose and flavour. Traditionally made to be drunk by the litre, this 'Heff' has been carefully brewed with Perle and Hersbrucker hops and with a lighter style wheat malt which produces a lighter body then our previous hefeweizens.
