Hand-picked from Mudgee’s basalt soils and fermented as whole bunches with only the native yeasts of the vineyard, this Sangiovese is unhurried by intervention. Basket pressed and aged in glass demijohns to preserve its vivid integrity, it’s a wine that speaks softly but carries depth — savoury, sanguine, alive. A reflection of patience, curiosity, and the quiet confidence to let nature lead.
