Allevare Cabernet Field Blend

Grown by us in Maffra, Central Gippsland.  An exciting interpretation of a Gippsland Cabernet Field Blend, co-fermented with Shiraz grown side by side. This wine is delicate and complex, a lighter style red, it accentuates all the best characters and Cabernet and Shiraz. Aged in old, French puncheons for 10 months on lees. Grown on alluvial soils and made from 40 year old vines, perfect for drinking now and will also age beautifully.
