Featuring NSW pear, rose, elderflower, and honey collected from our own distillery hives, this spirit is underpinned by pronounced juniper notes, making it a modern classic that can be enjoyed in timeless cocktails.

Our Harvest Gin 2021 spotlights aromatic lemon scented gum grown by Cyan and Martin at Bunyip Hollow in Victoria. The Australian native is underpinned by emerald green finger lime, juniper, coriander seed and orris root, resulting in an audacious announcement of lime sherbert, apple blossom and pine, followed by nostalgic flavours of lemon icy poles, mango and eucalyptus lollies.
