Baarmutha Shiraz 2021

Baarmutha 2021 Shiraz is a classic example of the cool climate versatility of Australia's champion grape type. Very deep in colour, it has a nose of black current and white pepper and on the palate a burst of plum fruit which supported by 20% new French oak and balanced acid, provides an elegant and full tannin structure. A great food Shiraz that will cellar for many years.
