The narrative of Chapter 5 takes us through some European history by introducing a little used hop with impeccable parentage - Triumph. With Hallertau Mittelfrüh & English EKG & Brewers Gold amongst it's Forebears. Triumph is a more energetic and up-front granddaughter than her more restrained Grandparents with big bright aromatics of Orange, Lime and Lemon. Triumph is joined by El Dorado providing a huge burst of Mango and Pear. The plot-twist comes thanks to Sabro Cryo (reduced green matter hops) that explode with a firework of coconut, pineapple and passionfruit. Prost & Cheers!
