9th Installment, 9 Hops. Batch 900? Not quite, & Batch 824 doesn’t have the same ring to it. We’ve pushed the hop barrow out further than any brew in 15 years of brewing dangerously drinkable beers for you, dear drinker. From the Hopfields of UK, NZ, USA & OZ our resinous melange in this beer is (deep Breath!) Godiva, Enigma, Mosaic, Superdelic, Topaz, Elani, Melba, Nectar & Sultana. Tropical fruit flavours dominate with pineapple, lime & grapefruit to the fore and peachy, passionfruit & melon flavours smoothing the citrus burst. It’s not a revolution, but it is #9. Luckily this brew was unaffected by the grain shortage in Hertfordshire!
