Part of our Led Zep inspired 'Bramble-On' series , we're proud to announce...'Squeeze My Berry'!

With 40kg of wild blackberries foraged by hand by our mates at Tallaganda Hops added into an oat and wheat heavy strong kettle-sour. Soured over two days with lactiplantibacilius Plantarum for extra tartness, a lactose addition smooths and slightly sweetenrs the finishand the fruity, berry flavours sing through the entire ensemble.
