Bobar Chardonnay

Further up the slope than the Viognier with gravels washed down from the steep escarpment incorporated into the loam soil. The expansive easterly aspect and protection from the west lend the wines from the Nenagh Park vineyard their hallmark restrained power.

Direct pressed and fermented in seasoned French oak hogsheads and matured on lees for 9 months. It was transferred to stainless steel for a further 7 months of maturation on lees before bottling without fining or filtration
