Bobar Viognier

'We couldn’t be more proud of our Viognier. Fresh and complex, full but restrained and massively versatile. Pale straw yellow with a restrained youthful nose, quietly complex. Poached pear, freshly cut quince, jasmine blossom and lemon rind with ripples of pastry and crème patissiere across the smooth surface. The palate is taut, saline and subtly textured.'
