Canobolas Pinot Noir

Dark purple; rich yet restrained to smell, intense satsuma plum and a whole-bunch white pepper spice character. Dense, concentrated, deep, and texturally refined in tannin all in excellent balance. Intense in flavour full of black fruits and exotic spices that draws out in this prolonged, close-knit wine. A complex palate, asking to be considered, savoured, set in the memory, beautifully restrained, but with no lack of intensity. Longer, and more succulently complete than is typical of the Orange Region.
