Cooks Lot 'Barrel Fermented' Riesling

Barrel ferment aromatics with cumquat, grapefruit, apricot blossoms, with hints of ginger and spice. The palate is complex with citrus curds, lime pith and gingery spice with underlying textural minerality and savoury nuances.
