Another highly anticipated release for those who remember the couple of single kegs we made in 2021. This is a blend of our house saison, sour blonde beer and 2 year barrel aged saison. Aged between 3 and 9 months on
rhubarb from John at Nashdale Fruit Co, near Orange, and Aaron at Harvest Farms, Bilpin, NSW. Delicate, earthy and delicious with a light pink hue.
