Dainton Brewery 'Golden Slumbers' Barrel-Aged Golden Sour - Single

Beginning it's journey as a Brettanomyces Saison, the beer is fermented in stainless steel and racked into French Oak barrels. Innoculated with strains of Lactobacilius, with apricot and raspberry added, the beer if left to rest for three years, only disturbed every six months for tasting. The beer is transferred from barrels to the brite tank for conditioning and the addition of fresh kolsch yeast and Orange Blossom honey.
