Das Juice Rosé
A blend of Tempranillo & Pinot Noir both from the high edge of McLaren Vale. Whole bunch pressed, slow and cool natural ferment in tank finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
Bright, dry and so much fun to drink. Dark red fruits in play tandem with good acidity and plushness. Drink on a beach where possible.
The Rose is 80% Tempranillo (Peters Creek), 10% Cabernet (Zirella) and 10% Pinot Noir (Peters Creek). All fruit was picked nice and early and was directly pressed to tank where it underwent a long cool ferment. Kept on full solids for 5 months before racking and a small sulphur addition prior to bottling. Its really fresh with notes of unripe strawberry and sour cherry and rosehip.
