93 Points "Seven different ferments employed including but not limited to: 100% whole bunch, 40% whole bunch, whole berry early pick, whole berry late pick and then different barrel (type) ferments. The hope: to add layers of complexity to what is often a pretty simple (but flavoursome) variety. Wow this is good. Layers of texture and tannin along with flavour. Talk about kicking goals. Black cherry and coal, peppercorn and plum, toast and earth. Coffee notes too, again of the earthen type, with a smoky/roasted aspect. In short it’s a delicious wine with interest plus plus."
