The fruit is grown by Tim Walpole in Whorouly. Tim is the brother of Mark Walpole from Fighting Gully Road and an excellent grower. The fruit is handpicked, basket pressed, barrel fermented and matured. It’s super textural with notes of citrus, stone fruit and orange blossom
