Evenfall Chardonnay 2023

The Evenfall vineyard is one of Tasmania’s oldest founding wine sites.The Cabernet vineyard here is one of the states oldest and is planted overlooking the Tamar River on a slope on the edge of the Tamar Valley.The Evenfall name is an old-fashioned word that means twilight and it highlights the particularly special time of the day when the sun has just set over the valley.
