Frankly this wine was made by Bob Rosé

Fresh strawberries, ripe peaches, slightly herbaceous. Direct pressed Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon from Mudgee (approx 85%)  with some skin contact Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer from Orange to provide tannin and mouth feel. Mostly fermented in stainless steel to avoid flabbiness. The rosé you have when you don’t want a rosé.
