Chardonnay backbone (50%), half straight press and half skin contact with 28% straight pressed sauvignon blanc and a multi white barrel of riesling, chardonnay. gewürztraminer and savvy blanc making up the balance. Purity, minerality from the Chardy, aromatics courtesy of the SB & Gewürztraminer. Tannin & texture, complex, lemon juice, lime zest, peaches, white roses.
