Grape Pirates Chardonnay 2024

Butterscotch and white peach aromatics. A moorish mouthful of citrus, nectarine and honeycomb, rounded out by a smooth creamy finish.

Hand picked at 860 metres above sea level. Whole bunch pressed then barrel fermented in new and old French oak. Matured for 12 months with full malolactic fermentation and regular bâtonnage. Racked, settled and bottled.
