Guava and peach leap out of the glass. Pear, apricot & pink grapefruit entice the palate. Creamy, caramelised peach rounds out the finish.

Saignée from Pinot Noir, Malbec, Merlot & Shiraz. Settled and racked to mature French oak for fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation, receiving regular bâtonnage for seven months. Racked & naturally settled prior to bottling.
