A unique wine to taste and experience, Pinot Meunier is sort of a “brother” to Pinot Noir, but produces a wine with a stronger mid palate and extra tannins than Noir.
Pinot Meunier has traditionally been used for sparkling wine production, but this time is Aussie ingenuity has seen the dry red potential.
Strong aroma of native peppercorns with hints of mint and lovely cranberry flavour. A good match for light game such as quail, pheasant or venison fillets.
