Kaesler 'Stonehorse' Chardonnay

The 2025 Clare Valley vintage was shaped by a warm and very dry season. Rainfall was well below average through winter and spring, reducing soil moisture ahead of the growing period and contributing to an early start to growth. Steady warmth through the early months encouraged rapid ripening, and harvest commenced earlier than usual, marking one of the earliest in the region’s history. The season produced grapes with excellent flavour development and natural concentration, delivering quality over quantity in 2025.
