Our first foray into the world of Cold IPA and it most certainly won’t be our last. With the blankest canvas possible from the use of pilsner malt, rice and the lager yeast fermentation this is all about the hops! Talus is the perfect choice to lead the way here with a heady floral bouquet and grapefruit punch providing a hop character that is truly unique. The huge supporting cast bring further tropical fruit and citrus depth with just a touch of piney resin and spice to remind you that this is still a West Coast IPA at its roots.
