Traditional Folly nose of white stone fruit and ripe peach, with perfect subtle oak influence.  Nowadays we are using more large-format oak, which shows here in the elegance - but make no mistake, this is a rich, opulent wine, not unlike a great Burgundy.  Glycerol roundness, but still has hallmark length of flavour.  An earlier-drinking style to be enjoyed now, and for the next 3-5 years.
