The Between the Capes Margaret River Chardonnay from L.A.S Vino is in fact still 100% hand picked and barrel fermented, offering simply superb value at this price point. Fruit is whole-bunch cold pressed, then fermented and matured for 10 months in seasoned barriques, with a small portion seeing amphora, lees stirred fortnightly. No malolactic in 2025.
