As with previous releases, the majority was fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and vitality and at cool temperatures facilitating a gradual conversion of sugar into alcohol by selected yeasts. This years blend is 55% Semillon 45% Sauvignon Blanc. 

With this release, Lenton Brae celebrates 33 consecutive vintages of Semillon Sauvignon Blanc and can justifiably claim to be one of Margaret River’s leading exponents of this popular wine style.
