Logan Ridge of Tears Chardonnay

Small parcels of top fruit are handled delicately in the winery and allowed to express the character of the region and the growing season. Low yields for perfect balance and concentration, small batch wild yeast fermentation, plunged by hand, aging in the winery for a year and then in bottle for a year before being released.  The Ridge of Tears wines are about regional varietal expression, balance and poise.
