Macquariedale Barbera

An Italian variety grown sustainably on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas at 650m elevation. Aged in old French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to respect the bright fruit flavours. Medium body exhibiting snappy red fruits of cherry and raspberry with dark chocolate.
