Macquariedale Chardonnay

This hand-crafted Chardonnay were 100% fermented in French oak barrels with 40% malolactic fermentation and matured on less for 6 months. The wine has beautiful minerality, citrus zest and cream texture with aromas of white peach and oyster shell. Enjoy with chicken, salads, light dishes.
