This hand-crafted Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed followed by fermentation in French oak barrels and matured on lees for 10 months, with 15% new oak, The wine has beautiful minerality, citrus zest and cream texture with aromas of white peach and pear overtones. Enjoy with chicken, salads, and lighter dishes.
