Macquariedale Pinot Noir

These Pinot Noir grapes were handpicked in late March with wild yeast ferment and 15% whole bunch. They were matured in premium French oak barrels for 10 months. This wine reflects a cool climate Pinot Noir with great natural acidity, bright cherry and raspberry, subtle spice with great complexity and length. This wine will pair naturally with duck, and mushroom dishes.
