And yet again, in a La Niña summer this variety stands out and refuses to let the cold and wet weather ruin its party. Grown in Gundagai from Tumblong Hills vineyard, this bright young thing is fruity, juicy, warm and slurpy. Sam believes this variety will soon be an Australian champion. Get in quick, it absolutely won’t last long in our winery…or your wine rack for that matter.

14.0% alc/vol, approx 8.3 std drinks.

Spontaneous fermentation with 90% whole berries & 10% whole bunches. Extended skin maceration post fermentation for 21 days. Basket pressed into seasoned french oak barriques and settled for 8 months. No fining or filtration. Only additive SO2 (224)
