Riverland Mataro and Hilltops Shiraz in equal parts. Whole berry fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Basket pressed into seasoned French oak puncheons for 10 months maturation. Blended before bottling. No fining or filtration.
Savoury, juicy, herbaceous and slightly tart with enough ripeness of fruit to balance any greenness. Can definitely be chilled, or in between room temperature and fridge. Guzzle with a tin of anchovies on toasted rye.
