Grapes harvested from our high elevated, cool climate Chardonnay blocks. Grapes were picked at night to retain freshness and pressed straight away. This wine spend 7 months in oak. This all makes for a modern Australian chardonnay with complex but integrated French oak lurking in the background. Finely structured with fresh acidity and precise dark citrus flavours rather than the big tropical, buttery style.
