Mountain Culture 'Metaphor for Nothing' NEIPA - Single

Some beers are deep. Some beers are meaningful. Some beers are a complex reflection on the nature of existence.

This is not one of those beers.

It's a slightly extravagant NEIPA built on Citra YCH805, an advanced hop product added during active fermentation, where the yeast tears apart the hop oils and transforms them into waves of bright citrus and soft tropical fruit. We followed that with a hefty dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and Cryo Motueka for a full-spectrum aroma hit. Because we all deserve a little excess every now and then.

Expect mango, pineapple and passionfruit layered with zesty lime and big orange citrus. The body is pillowy, the bitterness soft, and the aroma loud enough to smell from the next suburb over.

Does it mean something deeper? Does it symbolise something bigger? Is it a commentary on the human condition?

Nope. It's pretty good though.
